Hotel Stay Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
Our hotels have deposit and cancellation policies based on dates of stay and specific rate types. Please read the policies carefully BEFORE you book.
Avalon Lodge Policies
A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon arrival; if you would like to use an alternative credit card to the one on file please notify us prior.
During peak dates a deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival; if you would like to use an alternative credit card to the one on file please notify us prior. Please contact us at 888-544-7829 for a list of peak dates.
We do require a credit card authorization upon check in.
Please contact The Avalon Lodge directly to make any changes or cancellations. An automatic cancellation fee equal $35 is forfeited for reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee equal to the deposit will be forfeited for reservation cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date. There is no refund for early departures or shortened stays changed within 7 days of your arrival date.
During peak dates (including all major holidays) a cancellation fee equal to the first night is forfeited for reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in a full forfeit. Early departures and changes within 30 days of arrival will result in a forfeit.
All funds are non-refundable but may be applied to a future reservation up to one year from the date of the original reservation.
Late check-in Fee: A fee of $20 will be charged for late check-ins between midnight and 6am.
The Avalon Lodge is a smoke free property.
Hotel Human Occupancy and Pet Policy:
Extra Person Policy
The maximum occupancy allowed in a room with 1 king bed is 2 people and the maximum occupancy in a room with 2 queen beds is 4 people. Guests over the maximum occupancy and unregistered guests will be asked to leave the room.
The hotels maximum occupancy must be adhered to. If you are over the maximum occupancy for your chosen room, you may be turned away and forfeit the cost of the room, or if available, have to purchase another room. The number of persons in your reservation must be accurate and is a binding agreement. You must reserve the room for an accurate number of people and if you do not, will be subject to added charges upon check in. There is no age limit – a person is a person from 1 day to 100 years. We do not have roll-a-way beds or sleeper sofas or cribs. This is for the comfort, safety and security of all guests.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
