Deposit Policy

A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 72 hours prior to arrival; if you would like to use an alternative credit card to the one on file please notify us prior.

During peak dates a deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival; if you would like to use an alternative credit card to the one on file please notify us prior.  Please contact us at 888-544-7829 for a list of peak dates.

We do require a credit card authorization upon check in.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact The Avalon Lodge directly to make any changes or cancellations.  A fee of $35 will be applied for cancellations and changes made more than 72 hours prior to arrival date, a fee equal to the first night will be applied to changes and cancellations within 72 hours of arrival.  Cancellations and changes on the same day of arrival result in a forfeit of the entire stay.  There are no refunds for early departures.

All funds are non-refundable but may be applied to a future reservation up to one year from the date of the original reservation.

Extra Person Policy

The maximum occupancy allowed in a room with 1 king bed is 2 people and the maximum occupancy in a room with 2 queen beds is 3 people.  The Avalon Lodge does not provide rollway beds or sleeper sofas.  Guests over the maximum occupancy and unregistered guests will be asked to leave the room.

Pet Policy

Well behaved pets are always welcome at The Avalon Lodge.  A one-time pet fee of $20 per pet will be applied to your reservation should you decide to bring your furry friend.  No more than two pets per room, please. We are happy to recommend pet sitters if needed.

Smoking Policy

The Avalon Lodge is a smoke free property.
